Things I Like about My Husband

There are many things I like about my husband. Here are some of them. He can sing. He sometime starts my car when it's cold outside. If he has cash in his pocket he will often give me some without my asking. He is clean. He brings me things. He turns up the heat in the house when I am cold. He tries to make me happy. He is a good father. He pays the bills. He takes care of the vehicles. He is faithful to attend church and serve the Lord. He likes the little kids at church and they like him. Sometimes he does the dishes. He likes my cooking. He misses my mom and his mom. He tries to get me what I want for birthdays and Christmas. He always likes my new hair cuts. He listens when I tell about how I slept or how I feel (not always the most interesting topics). He helps me with formatting my programs, etc., and making them look really nice. He preaches at church when he gets the opportunity. He doesn't cuss, smell bad, hit anyone, commit crimes. He likes his job. He loves his children. He loves me and has through thin and thick. When I told him today I needed to spend money for a couple of things (for a church potluck tomorrow and for a hair cut and to buy a hamburger for lunch), he told me I might as well spend the money we have on those things. He often puts gas in my car even when it's cold and windy and he doesn't feel well. He helps me when I'm sick. He doesn't spit, cry, or dance much.

When you get first get married, you do so for certain reasons. When you've been married 35 years, there a whole lot more reasons to be married. My husband is a good man, and he married a good woman.

I agree with your assessment of your husband. I think he's wonderful. Why did I know that you would be able to resist writing something like that last sentence? It's true also, I guess.

I noticed that he is clean and he doesn't smell. Both very important.:) You can look at this list and see what things are important to you. Him dealing with the cars, giving you attention, and etc. I think it's wonderful that he is still smitten with you, yes, I said smitten! Why else would he be so thoughtful and kind? I think you should put on very red lipstick and make your eyebrows dark, and give him a huge smooch! Right on the lips!lol! No, really, you should. :)
